If you cancel within 14 days, your 20% prepayment may be partially or fully refundable, depending on the accommodation and activities booked. Some services may include non-refundable costs set by our local partners.

Prepayment
To confirm your booking, we require a 20% prepayment of the total package price.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival at your accommodation or activity location.
Age Range
Our activities are open to travelers of all ages and are also suitable for families.
Some experiences—like scuba diving (minimum age 10), watersports, and horse riding—have age requirements for safety.
If you're traveling with younger guests who want to join in, please include their ages in the Extra Requirements section when submitting your inquiry. We’ll guide you on what's possible and help adapt the experience to your group.
Flight Options
The closest airports to Kalkan are Dalaman (DLM) and Antalya (AYT). Dalaman is the most convenient, located about 1.5 hours from Kalkan. We can arrange an airport transfer for you upon request.
Return flights from Europe and the UK can often be found for around €150, depending on the season.
